Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your DairyAssure product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Because DairyAssure is a consumable product, opened or partially used products are not eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your order is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at hello@dairyassure.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially used DairyAssure products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your unopened product is eligible for a return, you can return it and place a separate order for the product you want.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
